CONSUMERISM STRIKES AGAIN!


I AM ONE THAT DOES NOT LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MUCH OF ANYTHING! BUT! SO FAR! I HAVE FOUND 3 COMPANIES THAT ARE SO VERY ANYWHERE FROM! IGNORANT, IGNORING, UNCARING AND ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO MORE!!!!! NO LESS!!!!!!!!! ABOUT THE CONSUMERS! THEY ARE ((((DRUMROLL)))))!!!!!!!! ASSURANCE-WIRELESS (O & O BY VIRGIN MOBILE USA), DOMINO'S PIZZA, PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA!

FIRST! ASSURANCE-WIRELESS! THIS IS WHAT I FIRST THOUGHT WAS A CLASS CO.!
WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!
THE CSR'S (AS THEY CALL THEM "SERVICE ADVISER'S" VERY MISLEADING IN ITSELF!) THIS IS A GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED CELL PHONE COMPANY THAT IF QUALIFY CAN GET A FREE CELL PHONE WITH 250 TALK/250 TEXT MINS. EACH MONTH.
THE ISSUE HERE!
IS THE CSR'S DO NOT KNOW WHICH END IS UP 24/7!
EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM WILL GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT RESPONSE TO THE SAME QUESTION EVEN WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM!

THEN! IF THAT IS NOT ENOUGH!
WHEN IT COMES TIME TO RE-CERTIFY!
YOU HAVE THREE OPTIONS TO DO SO.
1. CALL THE RE-CERTIFICATION LINE.
2. ASK FOR THE PAPERWORK TO BE SENT BY MAIL.
3. TALK TO A CSR AND DO IT.

KEEP IN MIND!
ALL THREE OPTIONS BEGIN AND END RIGHT WHERE YOU START!

I THINK THAT THE FOUNDER AND OWNER OF AMAZON HAS A MUCH BETTER GRIP/HANDLE ON HIS CO. THE FOUNDER AND OWNER OF VIRGIN COMPANIES DO NOT!

DURING THE FREE GIVEAWAY OF THEIR ARTISAN PIZZA.
THEY LIED FROM START TO THE END!
I HAVE EMAILED THEM THREE TIMES! BOTH TIMES NO RESPONSE AT ALL!

NEXT! PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA!
FROM WHERE I AM!
THE CLOSEST STORE IS three MILES APART FROM ME!
DO YOU EVEN THINK!
THEY WOULD MAKE SURE!
THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE A STORE IN THE CLOSEST LOCATIONS AS DO PIZZA HUT AND (UGH!) DOMINO'S DO?

NO!!!!!!!
THEY INFORMED ME THAT!
THEY LET THEIR STORE OWNERS DECIDE HOW FAR THEY ARE WILLING TO GO!

PERHAPS!!!!
WITH THIS POSTING THAT THEY WILL BE LISTENING AND BE MORE RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BOTH NEAR AND FAR!

DOUBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ALSO!
WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO POST HERE AS WELL.
IN HOES FOR THESE AND OTHER COMPANIES TO START LISTENING AND BE MORE RESPONSIVE THAN JUST GIVE LIP SERVICE TO US!
THE ONE'S THAT THEY DEPEND ON FOR THEIR INCOME BOTH FOR THEIRS AND THE SHAREHOLDERS AS WELL!!!

IT'S NOT A MATTER OF NAMING NAMES!
BUT! WITH THE WAYS AND MEANS THAT CONSUMER'S HAVE BEFORE THEM!
IT IS THE USE THAT MAKES IT SO POWERFUL FOR US!!

NO.1. "IF YOU DON'T LET IT BE KNOWN"!
"THEN NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT"!

I HAVE HAD MANY PEOPLE SAY TO ME!

SIT DOWN AND JUST TAKE IT"!

AND HE HAD THIS SIGN THAT READ: RULE NO.1 "THE CUSTOMER IS SWAYS RIGHT"!
RULE NO.2 "IF YOU THINK THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG"! "ALWAYS REFER TO RULE NO. 1"!

HE BECAME A SUCCESS IN HIS BUSINESS!!!!!

UNFORTUNATELY! EVEN IN TODAY'S BUSINESS CLIMATE!
BUSINESS STILL DOES NOT GET IT RIGHT AT ANY TIME!

THOSE WHO DOES (LIKE WALMART DOES! FAULTS AND ALL!) ARE THAT MUCH AHEAD OF THE GAME!!!!!!!

IF!!! YOU ARE A BUSINESS THAT IS RUN BY PEOPLE WHO YOU NEED THEIR MONEY TO STAY AFLOAT IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO OR HOW YOU DESCRIBE THEM TO BE!

IF YOU DO NOT TREAT THE CUSTOMER RIGHT AS YOU WOULD WANT IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

YOU "WILL"! GO DOWN IN FLAMES!

YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME AT ALL.

BECAUSE OF THE WAY TODAY'S BUSINESS AND RETAIL IS!!!!!
THEY (THE CUSTOMER!) AND DO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHEN NOT TREATED RIGHT!

WHEN THAT HAPPENS!!!!
